Mentoring Program


The SOWOA would like to assist our young officials by offering a mentoring program. New officials are given a veteran official to observe several times and the mentor follows along to several matches and critiques the new official based on a standard rubric. This program has been dormant for many years but is underway again this year. If you are interested in either being mentored or would like to mentor, please email one of our Mentoring Coordinators.
